SpecSearch respects intellectual property rights. Our platform hosts manufacturer and vendor-provided product materials, including specifications, brochures, manuals, drawings, CAD files, BIM files, images, and other technical documentation.
Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for ensuring they own or have authorization to upload, publish, display, distribute, and manage all content submitted to SpecSearch.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe content on SpecSearch infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to our copyright contact.
Required Notice Information
Please include:
- Your name and contact information.
- A description of the copyrighted work.
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content.
- A statement that you believe use of the material is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
SpecSearch may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content while we review the request. We may also contact the vendor or account owner responsible for the content.
Repeat Infringers
SpecSearch may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or repeatedly upload unauthorized content.
